Riverside Fire Company No. 1 was established in June of 1892 in the town of Riverside. The company serves a population of approximately 8,500 residents within a 1.8-square-mile response area. Our apparatus fleet consists of two engines, one ladder truck, two support vehicles, one water rescue boat, and two command vehicles. The fire company is comprised of 36 active members and approximately 60 exempt members.
