PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Fire Commissioners of Riverside Fire District No. 1, County of Burlington, State of New Jersey, at its meeting held on August 24, 2026, awarded a contract for professional engineering services to:

The contract is for professional engineering services related to the investigation, evaluation, stormwater assessment, drainage repair design, and foundation stabilization design for the Riverside firehouse, located at 14 West Scott Street, Riverside, New Jersey.
The contract has been awarded for a term beginning upon execution of the contract and continuing through completion of the professional services described in the proposal, for an amount not to exceed $9,000.00.
The contract was awarded without publicly advertising for bids pursuant to the Local Public Contracts Law, utilizing the professional services exception to public bidding set forth in N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5(1)(a)(i).
The award resolution and contract are available for public inspection at the office of the Riverside Fire District No. 1 Administrator/Clerk, 14 West Scott Street, Riverside, New Jersey, during regular business hours, and through the District’s Current Legal Notices webpage.
